I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Commission were interviewed recently, Mr. Terry Hendriksen was P & Z's <br />recommendation to Council at that time and the Planning Commission still <br />feels that Mr. Hendriksen is qualified to serve on the Commission. <br /> <br />Case #4: Proposed Preliminary Plat For Ivywood Estates In Andover: <br /> <br />Mr. Berg stated that the City of Andover has submitted for Ramsey's information, <br />the preliminary plat for Ivywood Estates, which does not affect Ramsey in <br />any way. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission found no objection to the proposed Iv~wood <br />Estates. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission expressed their appreciation to Andover for their <br />courtesy in this matter. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to adjourn <br />this special meeting of the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br />and Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Vot~ing Yes: <br />Voting No: <br /> <br /> Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Deemer, LaDue <br />None.
