! <br />! <br /> <br />PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held on Tuesday, October 25, <br />1983 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor T~o~as Gamec <br />Councilmember Sue Van Wagner <br />Councilmember Gary Reimann <br />Councilm~ber A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmemher Jean Schlueter <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />City Building Official Clayton Berg <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Reporter Carolyn Tnompson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular Council Meeting to order at 7:30 and led in <br />the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec adjourned the regular Council meeting at 7:31 in order to conduct <br />the following Board of Adjustment public hearings and Board of Adjustment. <br /> <br />1. Mr. Michael Wander's request to construct a detached garage in front <br /> of the front setback of the principal structure. <br /> <br />2. Mr. Gerald Miller's request to construct a detached garage which <br /> exceeds the City Code provisions. <br /> <br />Board of Adjustment regarding Mr. James Holm's request to construct <br />a detached garage in front of the front setback of the principal <br />structure. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular Council meeting back to order at 7:39 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Tom Sauter - 13939 Nightingale Street - Andover - Requesting Council's <br />approval to move his home into Ramsey, Hunters Hill Addition, Lot 9, Block 4. <br /> <br />Council consensus is to place Mr. Tom Sauter's request on the agenda during <br />Approval of Agenda. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />approve the agenda with the following additions: <br /> <br />C/October 25, 1983 <br /> Page 3 of 24 <br /> <br /> <br />
