Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #8: Abatement Of S~ecial Assessment On Federal Cartridge Land Dedicated <br /> To The City Of Ramses: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />adopt Resolution #83-197 to exempt the Federal Cartridge Corporation from <br />paying the special assessment on the Central Park land they ded/cated to the <br />City of Ramsey. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #83-197). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #9: A~ointment Of Plannin~ And Zonin~ Commission Member: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that he has discussed this issue with some of the P & Z <br />members and they are still comfortable with their recommendation to appoint <br />Terry Hendriksen. <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann inquired if Mr. Hendriksen was still involved in a <br />lawsuit with the County. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle replied that he is not, that the issue has been resolved. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Schlueter and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />appoint Mr. Terry Hendriksen to fill the unexpired term of Mr. Bob Isakson <br />which will expire on December 31, 1984. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
