I I I I I I I I I I I i I I I CITY OF RAMSEY AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE WITH DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY This Agreement, made and entered into this day of November, 1983 by and between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "CitY", and Grace Community Bible Church, hereinafter referred to as "Grace Community". WHEREAS, Grace Community is the fee title owner of the following described property, to wit! The West 396 feet of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of · Section ~, Township 3Z, Range ZS, Anoka County, Minnesota and WHEREAS, the City has granted a conditional use permit for the ~4se of the above describe~ property as a church to Grace Community, contingent on the City and Grace ComMunity entering into a development agreement; and " WHEREAS, the site plan submitted is ir~corporated herein and attached hereto as Exhibit "A", which site plan consists of one sheet which is identified as follows: Entitledl Site Plan - Grace Community Bible Church Dated: NOW THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE pARTIES I~ERETO, as follows: 1) That the Grace Community Bible Church will fully comply with the terms of that certain conditional use permit granted to it by the City of Ramsey on November 2!8, 1983. Z) That the Grace Community Bible Church will develop the subject property in accordance with the above referenced site plan. 3) That the Grace Community Bible Church will construct its access to 167th Avenue NW as d~rected by the City. · : 4} That ~the Grace Community Bible Church will comply with all codes of the City of Ramoey.
