It is directed that this Commission report to <br />Council addressing the following areas: <br /> <br />a) Economic benefit derived from having an airport in the <br />City. <br /> <br />b) Cost to upgrade airport if it becomes a municipal airport. <br /> <br />c) Method of financing the purchase and upgrading of airport <br />if it is recommended to become a municipal airport. <br /> <br />d) Impact of operation and maintenance for the City to <br />operate airport. <br /> <br />e) Impact on the safety and noise factor if airport is up- <br />graded. <br /> <br />f) Will size of planes change from what can presently land <br />at airport and if larger planes can land what will be the im- <br />pact regarding safety and noise. <br /> <br />g) What would be the role of the Vocational School and the <br />Junior College at the airport.
