City Engineer Raatikka noted some corrections <br />to the Landfill Ground Well Monitoring Reports. Elevations on Well #6/6a <br />should be 13.58 feet hi~her on data recorded from 2/1/82 through 8/83. <br />City Engineer also noted that the 2/3/83 reading for Well #1/la was a bad <br />reading. Mayor Gamec referred to past discussions regarding a nitrate level <br />of 15 at Well #1 and stated that in reviewing this summary report of ground <br />water monitoring data, there very possibly could have been a typo error and <br />maybe it should have been recorded as 1.5. Mayor Gamec stated that he has <br />talked with County Commission Haas regarding the legibility of these monitoring <br />reports and she informed him that Waste Management will only sigh handwritten <br />reports prepared at the site. Commissioner Haas informed Mayor Gamec that <br />in the future, for legibility purposes, the reports will be printed. <br /> <br />COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Adoption Of Assessment For Rum Acres Estates I and II Improvement Project <br />#83-12 Re~ardin~ The Ass~ssin~ Of An Additional Parcel (Plat #89252, <br />Parcel 5400; PIN 19-32-24-32-0001): <br /> <br />! <br />I <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Schlueter and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to adopt <br />Resolution #83-204 to assess an additional unit assessment to Plat 89252, Parcel <br />5400, PIN 19-32-24-32-0001 in the amount of $231.16 for Sealcoating Street <br />Improvement Project #83-12.
