FLINTWOOD II ADDITION: <br /> <br />What was initially proposed as Flintwood Hills II Addition <br />has been revised to a P.U.D. (Planned Unit Development) with <br />a proposal that will include some commercial property and <br />about 350 units of multifamily housing. Inasmuch as the <br />park dedication fee was paid when Flintwood Hills was platted <br />this is coming to you to keep you abreast of what is happening <br />with development so you can give consideration to park develop- <br />ment. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D-2a) and (D-2b) contains infor~nation regarding this <br />P.U,D. A representative from the Flintwood Hills II Addition <br />or City Staff member will be available at the meeting to answer <br />any questions you may have regarding this subject. <br /> <br /> <br />
