Mr. Kenneth Peter$on, Chairman <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />November 23, 1983 <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />Access to the PUD is proposed from S.T.H. No. 47 and Industry Avenue. The <br />main thoroughfare running through the PUD has been designated as a <br />Municipal State Aid Street (MSAS). It is proposed this street would carry <br />traffic eventually from County State Aid Highway No. 5 to U.S. Highway lO. <br />The City's policies on MSA streets is to limit access and require 50 feet <br />building setbacks.
