I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />g) Compensatory Time - <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner <br />to adopt Ordinance #83-12 amending City Code Chapter 10.09 entitled <br />Personnel Policy, Section 10.095, Compensatory Time, Paragraph 3 of the <br />City Code. (Please refer to ordinance file for Ordinance #83-12). <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Reimann, Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #6: Accepti.ng And Awarding Price Quotes For Annual Fall Pet Clinic; <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann stated that he has found in discussions that City <br />Staff and Ramsey residents feel the requiring of licensing pets is a lot <br />of hassle and they feel the City should have an ordinance requiring rabies <br />vaccinations rather than licenses <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec noted that the City of Bethel ~o longer requires licensing of <br />pets and they are experiencing better turn outs for their pet clinic. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Council directs City Attorney to prepare an ordinance for Council review, <br />that would require rabies vaccinations but not licensing. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />adopt Resolution #83-188 receiving price quotes for pet clinic and awarding <br />same to Ellen Bowman. Further that Ms. Bowman shall be informed that only <br />distemper and rabies vaccinations are to be offered at the pet clinic, no <br />other veterinary business shall be permitted. (Please refer to resolution <br />file for Resolution #83-188 which lists price quotes received and the awarded <br />price quotes). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Case #7: Approval Of Bills For The Month Of September 1983: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />adopt Resolution #83-189 authorizing the payment of the September 1983 <br />bills. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #83-189). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #8: Approval Of License Applications: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />approve of the following license applications for cigarette sales: <br /> <br />#83-413 Cg. <br /> <br />The Party House <br />9539 Highway #10 NW <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br /> <br />Motion carried.
