He stated <br />at the September meeting there would be photographs available <br />to see the progress of this park. <br /> <br />CASE #2: <br /> <br />CASE #3: <br /> <br />PARK DEDICATION FEE: <br /> <br />The issue of the park dedication fee was tabled at your <br />September meeting in order for a report to be prepared by <br />Building Official Clayton Berg in regards to the feasibility <br />of his proposal. Enclosure (D2-a) contains his report on <br />the park dedication fee as is proposed by Ben Deemer. <br /> <br />The information regarding this has been turned over to the <br />City Attorney to put in ordinance language. This should be <br />available for your review at the time of your meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Berg has indicated he will be present at your meeting to <br />answer any questions you may have regarding this issue. <br /> <br />BACKSTOPS FOR RAMSEY CENTRAL PARK: <br /> <br />The bids for backstops at Ramsey Central Park were presented <br />to the Ramsey City Council on September 27, 1983. Their <br />action was to accept the bids for material only. Enclosure <br />(B-2 page 24) contains the Council minutes were the action <br />was taken regarding the backstops. <br /> <br /> <br />
