The clerk-administrator shall advise the council in decisions <br />affecting the employment or re. oval of department beads and appointed officials. <br /> <br />6.03.15. The clerk-administrator shall work in cooperation vith the <br /> <br />Icouncil*s attorney and engineer. <br /> <br />I 6.03.16. The clerk-administrator shall shall prepare news releases and <br /> <br /> develop and discuss public relations material with all concerned as required. He/she <br />Ishall maintain good public relations with the general public. <br /> <br /> 6,03,17, The clerk-administrator shall consult, unless otherwise directed <br />by the council, with appointed officials and with other public or private agencies <br />as may be required. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I and <br /> <br /> 6.03.18. The clerk-administrator shall be fully informed regarding <br />federal, state and county programs which affect the municipality. <br /> <br /> 6.03.19. The clerk-administrator shall advise the council on the terms <br />conditions of employee labor contracts for presentation to the council. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> 6.03.20. The clerk-administrator shall prerpare an annual report to <br />inform the public about the financial condition of the city. <br /> <br /> 6.03.21. The clerk-administrator shall perform all other duties required <br />of him/her by the council. <br /> <br />6.03.22. The clerk-administrator shall perform all the duties of the <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />city treasurer as specified by state law for the treasurer in a statutory city. <br /> <br /> Section 6.04. Purchases and Contracts. All purchases shall be made and all <br /> <br />contracts let by the council. Contracts shall be made in compliance with the uniform <br /> pg.6-4/2 <br /> <br /> <br />
