Absent: Councilmember Van Wagner. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve Anoka City Council's amendment to the Joint Powers Agreement, <br />Section VII, Duration Of Landfill Board which is as follows: <br /> <br />"The Landfill Board established herewith in this Agreement shall <br />continue until December 31, 1988, or until full repayment of all <br />loans described herein, whichever is longer, and in no event shall <br />the Landfill Board continue to exist after December 31, 1989, <br /> <br />except upon unanimous agreement of the parties." <br /> <br />Motion carried.
