AND I I I I I I I I I I I I TT FOR T~E ADDITION OF PLAT 89252f PARCEL 5400f PIN 19--32-24-32-0001 - PUBLIC At the September 13, 1983 assessment hearing on this project, it was brought to the Council's attention that there was a dwelling on Plat 89252, Parcel 5400, PIN 19-32-24-32-0001 (this parcel is just east of Juniper Ridge Drive NW) and people were living in this dwelling. Council action was to call for a public hearing to assess the property owner of this parcel for a portion of the sealcoating improvement cost. Consequently, this public hearing is not to assess the property owner at this time, but to notify him of the intent of the project. An assessment hearing will have to be scheduled for October 25, 1983, to take the action on the assessment. This is a technicality that the Council will have to follow in assessing this property in accordance with Chapter 429. Council Action: Your action will be to adopt the proposed resolution which is contained in enclosure (D2-a) approving the addition of Plat 89252, Parcel 5400, PIN 19-32-24-32-0001 to Sealcoating Improvement Project %83-12 for Rum Acres Estates I and II. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: Motion by and seconded by to adopt Resolution %83- approving the addition of Plat 89252, Parcel 5400, PIN 19-32-24-32-0001 to Sealcoating Improvement Project %83-12, Rum Acres Estates I and II and calling for an assessment hearing to be held on October 25, 1983 to pass upon the cost of the assessment to this particular parcel.
