Councilmember Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and moved for <br /> its adoption: <br /> <br /> K~,OI,0T ION 183-170 <br /> <br />I ~%S, the City of Ramsey has certain plats that have not ~een <br />· ftnaled for various reasons and they are as follows: <br /> <br />~ 1 ) Ramsey Commons <br />· 2 ) Meadowbrook Estates <br /> 3) Hy-10 Ramsey <br /> <br />I ; and <br /> <br />_ ~t~%S, the City Council is cognizant of the currently depressed <br /> economy; and <br /> <br /> ~H]~.EAS, the City Council has received requests from developers <br /> for an extension of time to finalize their plats. <br /> <br /> ~0# T~t~R~OR~, BE 1T ~SOLV~D BT ~ CITT ~OU~CrL, C/TX OF RAW, NY, A~)~A <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council of t~e City of Ramsey hereby grants <br />· an extension of time for the above listed developers to finalize their platting <br />~ requirements and said extension of time shall be until April 1, 1984, and <br />-- anao~u~t~a~tv-if'.said extension of time is not met, the plat will be considered null <br /> 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey also requests that <br /> a copy of this resolution be sent to each of the developers informing them <br /> of their extension of time. <br /> <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />· by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br /> voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, Schlueter and Van Wagner <br />~ and t~nf-°l,v ~ lowing voted against the same: <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br /> City Council this the 27th day of September, 1983.
