! <br />! <br /> <br />Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the folloving resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />~SOLOTIOm t83-173 <br /> <br />KESOLUTIO~ HRCO~II~DIRG USES FOR ~EVENUE SHARIRG F0~DS <br /> <br /> ~II~EAS, the Council Budget Committee has recommended the following <br />uses of Federal Revenue Sharing Funds in the City's 1984 Operational Budget <br />which are hereby forwarded to the Council for review and action: <br /> <br />PROPOSED USES <br /> <br />Line Item 1790: Transfers <br /> <br />a) Transfer to the General Fund to <br /> cover the cost of the following: <br /> <br />1) Rack for minutes <br />2) Desk and plat file <br />3) Asphalt saw <br />4) Police squad car <br /> <br />355 <br />1,015 <br />700 <br />9,200 <br /> <br />b) Transfer to the Parks Fund to <br /> cover the cost of the following: <br /> <br />1) Additional Central Park <br /> Development 49,000 <br />2) Box Scraper 500 <br />3} Grass seeder 2,500 <br />41 Bleachers 2,102 <br /> <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY ~ CITY COUNCIL, ¢11"I OF RAMSEY, A~OKA <br />COU~I~, STATE OFMINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) It is hereby directed that the above listed uses of Federal <br />Revenue Sharing Funds be incorporated in the City's 1984 Operational Budget. <br />Further, any changes will have to be accomplished in accordance with current <br />Federal and City regulations. It should be noted that this resolution <br />transferring funds only designates use of Revenue Sharing Funds in the City <br />budget. <br /> <br /> 2) The transfer of funds from Revenue Sharing to the General Fund <br />or Park Fund will be accomplished by Council. <br /> <br /> 3) It is directed that the City Accountant be furnished a copy <br />of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Oamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and Schlueter <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution %83-173 <br /> <br /> <br />
