I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember V~n #agner introduced the follo~ing resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />~SOU~'IO~ 18~-180 <br /> <br />1984 cn~ ~L BUDGET <br /> <br /> ~I~J~, the City Staff submitted the following additional budget <br />request to the Council Budget Committee for their review and action: <br /> <br />a) Supplement %7 to the City's 1984 Operational Budget - <br /> Park Fund 215-2150: <br /> <br />Box Scraper <br />Tractor with loader <br />Grass seeder <br />Bleachers (4 unit) <br /> <br />500 (Line item 1510) <br />30,000 (Line item 1510) <br />2,500 (Line item 1510) <br />6,000 (Line item 1512) <br /> <br /> MHI~.KAS, the Council Budget Committee has reviewed the request <br />contained in the 1984 Budget Supplement %7 above and hereby recommends approval <br />and forwarding'of said request to the City Council for their review and action <br />with the following additional recommendations: <br /> <br /> a) Box scraper in the amount of $500 - This item will be <br />purchased by Revenue Sharing funds. <br /> <br /> b) Tractor with loader in the amount of $30,000 this item <br />will be purchased by a certificate of indebtedness. The reason <br />being that levy limit as provided by State law does not provide <br />adequate funding. <br /> <br /> c) Grass seeder in the amount of $2,500 - This item will <br />be purchased with Revenue Sharing funds. <br /> <br /> d) Bleachers in the amount of $6,000 - This item will be <br />purchased as follows: <br /> <br />$2,102 Revenue Sharing funds <br />3,898 Transfer of funds from Park Improvement <br /> to Park fund <br />$6,000 TOTAL <br /> <br />BOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITT COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSI~Y, A]JOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINHESOTA, &S follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That Supplement %7 as stated above is hereby approved as follows <br />and is hereby incorporated into the City's 1984 0perationa% Budget. <br /> <br /> a) Box scraper for $500 - This item will be purchased through <br />Revenue Sharing funds. <br /> <br /> b) Tractor with loader for $30,000 - This item will be <br />purchased only by use of a certificate of indebtedness unless Council <br />authorizes a different method of purchasing it by resolution. <br /> <br /> c) Grass seeder for $2,500 - This item will be purchased <br />through Revenue Sharing funds. <br /> <br /> d) <br />follows: <br /> <br />Bleachers for $6,000 - This item will be purchased <br /> <br />Resolution ~83-180 <br /> <br /> <br />
