This declaration is made in confo~ity to E~nesota Statutes, Section 429.035. 2) The ~tition is hereby referred to Hr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson ~ders~ Associates, Inc. and he is instructed to re~rt to Co~cil with all convenient s~ed advising the Co~cil in a preli~na~ way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with s~e o~er improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as reco~ended. The motion for the adoption of ~e foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Co~cilmember Van Wagner and u~n vote ~in9 taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: ' Nayor G~ec, Co~ci~e~rs Rei~, Van Wa~er, Sorteber9 and Schlueter and ~e following voted aga~st the s~e: None said resolution was declared ~uly ~ssed and adopted by the whe~u~n R~sey City Co~cil this the 27th ~y of Sept~r. 1983.
