This includes but is not limited to unscheduled inspections, <br />which are now a rarity, and follow-up on the permits where final inspections <br />and, in some cases, no inspections at all have been scheduled. This is a common <br />problem with garages, storage sheds, swimming pools and all the other <br />miscellaneous construction where a certificate of occupancy is not required. <br />At this point, I would estimate it would take about two to three weeks to catch <br />up if there were no interruptions. This is something, however, that can be done <br />during the winter months. <br /> <br />The plans for the Twin City Skelgas building on West Highway #10 were approved <br />and I have been working with an individual that is contemplating a restraint at <br />the intersection of Highway #47 and County Road ~5. <br /> <br />We have not received anything further on the proposed shopping center or golf <br />cOUrSe. <br /> <br />Permits Issued/October <br /> <br />Valuation Permit Fee <br /> <br />A.
