I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I TO: City Administrato~ FROM: Building Official RE: Monthly Report DATE: October 19, 1983 With a seemingly unending demand for conditional use permits, Board of Adjustment variances and meetings, some of the building department work has been kind of set aside. This includes but is not limited to unscheduled inspections, which are now a rarity, and follow-up on the permits where final inspections and, in some cases, no inspections at all have been scheduled. This is a common problem with garages, storage sheds, swimming pools and all the other miscellaneous construction where a certificate of occupancy is not required. At this point, I would estimate it would take about two to three weeks to catch up if there were no interruptions. This is something, however, that can be done during the winter months. The plans for the Twin City Skelgas building on West Highway #10 were approved and I have been working with an individual that is contemplating a restraint at the intersection of Highway #47 and County Road ~5.
