Due to the <br />flat grades on this project, 100 percent of the standing water <br />in the streets could not be eliminated. The standing water has <br />been eliminated from the center of the streets and less than a <br />quarter inch of water stands adjacent to the gutters. This is <br />within the tolerance limits of the Mn/DOT Standard <br />Specifications for Construction and should not create any <br />problems. <br /> <br /> <br />
