R~/,IGI~'I~ OF IqSA STREETS): The following is hereby submitted on the items in this case: a) Acceptance of feasibility study for Rolling Green Addition - Enclosure (D2-e} contains the feasibility report for the above said project. Council Action: Your action will be to accept/not accept the feasibility report for Rolling Green Addition to surface the streets. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: Motion by and seconded by to adopt Resolution ~83- receiving report and calling for public hearing to surface streets in Rolling Green Addition and to set a public hearing for 7:30 p.m. on . Please refer to resolution file for Resolution %83- Motioh carried. Voting yes Voting no b) Authorization of final payment to contractor for Beaudry Second Addition - The City Engineer will have the final payment document available for Council at the meeting. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove said payment.
