CASE ~10: ~IDERATION OF THE PLAT OF ~NDVALE ~TATES SE~0~ ~D~ION: The Planning and Zoning Co~ission, at their regular meeting of Octo~r 4, 1983, reviewed the above referenced plat. Inasmuch as it did not deviate from the original Pondvale plan, they felt that ano~er public hearing would not ~ necessary. However, you are charged with the responsibility, and therefore, we felt the decision of whether or not to conduct ano~er public hearing should be yours. These were m/ssed when approving the budget.
