I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 83- <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey upgraded 161st Avenue Northwest <br />between Armstrong Boulevard and Variolite Street Northwest in <br />1979; and. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a majority of the costs for upgrading 161st Avenue <br />Northwest were assessed to the benefited property owners; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Federal Cartridge Corporation owned the property <br />on the north side of 161st Avenue Northwest and was assessed as a <br />benefited property owner; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Federal Cartridge Corporation has donated Parcel <br />3600 and the west 185 feet of Parcel ~200 to the City of Ramsey <br />for development as Central Park. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RA~SEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF ~INNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The remaining assessments on Parcel 3600 in the amount of <br />$&,122.50 shall be paid by the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> 2) The remaining assessments for the west 185 feet of Parcel <br />~200 in the amount of $571.55 shall be paid by the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> <br />
