I PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNC]L CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA A special meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held .on Tuesday, October 4, 1983 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. Members Present: Councilmember Gary Reimann, Acting Mayor Councilmember Sue Van Wagner Councilmember Jean Schlueter Councilmember A1Sorteberg Also Present: City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle City Engineer Peter Raatikka CALL TO ORDER Acting Mayor Reimann called the special Council meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. CITIZEN INPUT None. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to approve the agenda. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Schlueter and Sorteberg. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Gamec. PUBLIC HEARING Acting Mayor Reimann adjourned the special Council meeting at 7:36 in order to conduct the following public hearing: 1. Sealcoating Improvement Project #83-12 for Rum Acres Estates I and II. Acting Mayor Reimann called the special Council meeting back to order at 7:40 p.m. COUNCIL BUSINESS Case #1: Street Sealcoating Improvement Project ~83-12 For Rum Acres Estates ~' and II For The Addition Of Plat #89252~ Parcel 5400, PIN 19-32-24- 32-0001 - Public Hearing: Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to adopt Resolution #83-192 approving the addition of Plat 89252, Parcel 5400, PIN 19-32-24-0001 to Sealcoating Improvement Project ~83-12, Rum Acres Estates I and II and calling for an assessment hearing to be held on October 25, 1983 Sp C/October 4, 1983 Page I of 3
