Please be <br />advised that these are only staff recommendations which are based on <br />past City policies and they are subject to change by the Planning <br />Commission or by the City Council. <br /> <br />This matter will be reviewed by the Planning Commission at their <br />regular meeting of October 4, 1983. They will, at that time, make <br />a recommendation to the City Council who will make the final de- <br />termination at their regular meeting of October 25, 1983.
