I I I I I I I CHARTER COMMISSION CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA A regular meeting of the Ramsey Charter Commission was held on Thursday, September 22, 1983 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. Members Present: Mr. Gary Heitman, Chairman Mr. Dick Sieber Mr. Curt Titterud Mr. Start Data Mr. )om Greenberg Ms. Brenda Bauerkemper Mr. John Lichter {arrived at 8:42 p.m.) Mr. Roger Buchanan {arrived at 9:55 p.m.} Members Absent: Mr. Thomas Gamec CALL TO ORDER Chairman Heitman called the meeting to order at 7:45 p.m. APPROVAL OF MINUTES It was the consensus to approve the Charter Commission meeting minutes dated September 8, 1983 with the following corrections: 1. Page 5, Paragraph 1 - Change the word 'misconstrued' to 'construed'. Page 1, Approval of Minutes, Item #2 - Change to read as follows: 'Commissioner Lichter stated that he and Con~nissioner Bauerkemper attended Council's meeting of July 26, 1983 and Commissioner Bauer- kemper informed Council that the proposed budget for Charter Commission has not been approved by the Charter Commission. Council took it upon themselves to lower the Charter Commission budget to $5ooo.' COMMITTEE REPORTS m A. Budget Con~ittee - Con~issioners Gamec and Bauerkemper: 1.
