Holm, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", and the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", entered into this __ day of October, 1983. I~T~T INI) F~I~OSE To assure that the conditions of approval established by the City of Ramsey are understood between the Applicant and the City and that the Applicant complies fully with conditions and time frames as established by this agreement and plans and specifications as submitted by the Applicant to construct an accessory building in front of the front setback of his principal structure. LOCATION OF PROPERTY The property is legally described as Lot 7, Block 3, Alpaca Estates Second Addition. The zoning of said property is R-i, Residential. ~ONDI~IONS OF AilRRR~EI~ 1) That the Applicant shall acquire all necessary permits to complete his construction. 2) That the Applicant's construction shall be compatible to the principal structure. 3) That the Applicant shall use his structure for the storage of personal property and that no commercial or industrial activity of any- type shall be permitted in said structure. 4) That the Applicant shall file with his deed a copy of this agreement and that the Applicant shall provide the City with proof of said filing prior to the issuance of his permit.
