The focus of the report is <br />on both solid waste landfills and resource recovery facilities. <br /> <br />These recommendations will be submitted to the state Legislative Commission <br />on Waste M~nagement to serve as a guide in drafting new legislation to <br />implement compensation and mitigation measures. <br /> <br />The Council's MetrOpolitan.Waste Management Advisory Committee would like your <br />comments and suggestions on the proposed recommendations.
