Councihnen~ber Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #03-05-126 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #03-04 (SEALCOAT AND CRACK FILL COMMERCIAL STREETS -BUSINESS PARK 95 AREA) (MCKINLEY STREET, UNITY STREET, SUNFISH LAKE COURT) (AZURITE FROM CR 116 TO MCKINLEY) (140TM AVENUE FROM UNITY TO RADIUM) (141 srr AVENUE FROM AZURITE TO BASALT) WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #03-02-039 on February 11, 2003, fixing a date for a Council public hearing on the proposed improvement to sealcoat and crack fill Commercial Streets - Business Park 95 area) (Mckinley Street, Unity Street, Sunfish Lake Court) (Azurite from CR 116 to Mckinley) (140th Avenue from Unity to Radium) (141st Avenue from Azurite to Basalt) (improvement project #03-04 and; WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held on March 11, 2003, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1 ) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed on February 11, 2003. 2) City Engineer Steve Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
