Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #15-03-082 <br />RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING THE PACT CHARTER SCHOOL PANTHERETTES <br />DANCE TEAM FOR WINNING 6TH PLACE IN HIGH KICK AT STATE FINALS AND <br />8TH PLACE IN JAZZ AT THE STATE TOURNAMENT <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council is extremely proud to recognize the PACT <br />Charter School Pantherettes Dance Team for winning 6th Place in High Kick at State Finals and <br />Stn Place in Jazz at the 2015 Class A Minnesota State High School League Dance Tournament; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council recognizes this well-deserved placement at the State <br />Level as accomplished through hard work, teamwork, and good sportsmanship of the players as <br />well as great leadership by the coaching staff; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby recognizes and congratulates the PACT Charter <br />School Pantherettes Dance Team and its coaching staff, as well as their parents, on the <br />outstanding achievement of earning 6th place in High Kick and 8th place in Jazz at the <br />2015 Class A Minnesota State High School League Dance Tournament. <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this 24th of March, 2015. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
