The initial <br />five-year term of the lease is set to expire this year. Paragraph 1 b. of the lease provides that the County has an <br />option to extend the lease for an additional five-year term upon written notice to the City. <br />This letter is sent for the purpose of notifying the City that the County is exercising its option to extend the lease for <br />an additional five-year term. Please sign where indicated below, acknowledging receipt of this letter and the <br />County's right to exercise its option.
