Sergeant Rich Webb <br />and Officer Jerad Dixon has been selected as recipients of the Medal of Honor by the <br />Minnesota Chiefs of Police Association (MCPA). They were nominated by Ramsey Police <br />Chief (ret.) Jim Way for their valorous actions in an officer involved shooting in August <br />of 2014.
