6. Authorization; Findings. The City hereby authorizes Ehlers to solicit proposals <br />for the sale of the Series 2015B Bonds. <br />7. Meeting; Proposal Opening. The City shall meet at 7:00 p.m. on May 26, 2015, <br />for the purpose of considering proposals for and awarding the sale of the Series 2015B Bonds. <br />8. Official Statement. In connection with said sale, the officers or employees of the <br />City are hereby authorized to cooperate with Ehlers and participate in the preparation of an <br />official statement for the Series 2015B Bonds and to execute and deliver it on behalf of the City <br />upon its completion. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by councilmember <br />Williams and, after a full discussion thereof and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />Acting Mayor LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Williams <br />Councilmember Johns <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Shryock <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Mayor Strommen <br />Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 10th day of March, 2015 <br />Mayor <br />3 <br />
