City Administrator Ulrich stated he would like to add a new case to tonight's Council agenda to <br />consider authorization to send a delegation to Washington, D.C. to lobby for Highway 10 <br />improvements and the rail separation project. He explained this trip is supported by Elwyn <br />Tinklenberg, the City's transportation consultant, and he will be asking for authorization to <br />spend up to $5,500. <br />The consensus of the City Council supported adding this case to tonight's meeting agenda. <br />5.
