i. Stock Sales: <br /> <br />No report. <br /> <br />ii. Business Liaison: <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner stated he had no official report; work is progressing <br />on "Discover Ramsey". <br /> <br />iii. Promotional Materials: <br /> <br />No report. <br /> <br />iv. News Articles: <br /> <br />No report. Mr. Hardin volunteered to rework a previous "Discover <br />Ramsey" article for publication in the ABC Newspaper. <br /> <br />Case #2: D~scussion Regarding "Discover Ramsey": <br /> <br />Mr. Hardin reported that Mr. Wagner and Mr. Muller are drafting <br />registration forms for participants in Discover Ramsey. Booth and table <br />rental fees are being researched. Discover Ramsey has been scheduled for <br />October 11 at Ramsey Elementary School; a fee will have to be paid to have <br />a custodian on duty that day. Participants will be charged approximately <br />$50-$60 to cover the cost of booth rental, custodian wages and advertising. <br />Tasks yet to be completed are: finalize the registration form, update the <br />list of Ramsey businesses, meet with the Lions and Jaycees regarding their <br />assistance in planning the event, determine a supplier of booths. <br /> <br />Mr. DeLuca suggested well-known persons to attend the event to attract news <br />media coverage and more effective advertising. <br /> <br />It was also determined that City Council and all commissions should have a <br />booth at the event. <br /> <br />Case #3: Update on Highway 10 Corridor StudY: <br /> <br />Mr. Hardin stated that Ms. Norris and Mr. Hartley have supplied Barton- <br />Aschman with background information. After reviewing that information, <br />Barton-Aschman will meet with the Study Subcommittee the latter part of <br />May. <br /> <br />Case #4: Discussion Regarding Process For Application~ FOr Funds From <br /> The R~¥ol¥ing Loan Fund: <br /> <br />Mr. Hardin stated that there are three revolving loan fund applications <br />pending; action should be taken as soon as possible after receiving <br />applications. Mr. Hardin stated that the process will be for the loan <br />review board to review applications and make recommendations to the Company <br />Board of Directors; he, Steve DeLuca, Ken Wagner and Ms. Norris have <br />temporarily established themselves as the loan review board.
