The Board also reviewed transportation routes within Ramsey and <br />those across the Rum and Mississippi Rivers. <br /> <br />Case #3: Status of Inventory of Commercial and Industrial Properties. <br /> <br />The Board con~ented that any inventory of commercial and industrial <br />properties should be similar in content and format to the inventory by the <br />Minnesota Department of Trade and Economic Develolm~ent. <br /> <br />Case #4: Update on Highway 10 Corridor Study. <br /> <br />The final draft of the study will be sent out in early February; a meeting <br />to review the study is scheduled for 7:00 p.m., Thursday, February 25, 1988 <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center. <br /> <br />Case #$: Review Performance Zoning. <br /> <br />Mr. Ippel discussed with the Board the concept of performance zoning. The <br />Board discussed performance standards for industrial development and noted <br />that if the industrial property in Ramsey were under common ownership, it <br />would be much easier to establish and control performance standards.
