R.E.D.Co.'s participation in the Anoka Area Chamber of Commerce Business <br /> <br />C. <br />D. <br />E. <br />F. <br /> <br />Expo held in May. <br />The preparation and publishing of the R.E.D.Co.'s newsletter in dune. <br />R.E.D.Co.'s participation in the Game Fair in August. <br />R.E.D.Co.'s sponsorship of the Ramsay Business Expo in October. <br />Review of the R.E.D.Co.'s By-Laws. <br />Review of the R.E.D.Co.'s Articles of Incorporation. <br /> <br />The Treasurer's Report was submitted and is included by reference as the <br />"Treasurer's Report dated December 31, lgBB." <br /> <br />The vote to change the Article's of Incorporation and By-Laws was passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />The vote for members of the Board of Directors elected Jack Ippel, Stephen <br />DeLuca, Don Oreenberg, and Pete Oenzen. <br /> <br />submitted <br /> <br />Stephen F.
