APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Commissioner Van Scoy suggested Case #7 is addressed before Case #5. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Wald asked the rationale for that change. <br /> <br />Commissioner Van Scoy indicated Case #7 tatks about driveway lengths, and Case #5 references <br />Town Center driveway lengths in the report. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Wald stated she would not say the rationale for this case is based on the Town <br />Center standards, but she is okay with making that change in order. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt noted that Case #6 has been withdrawn, as well. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Van Scoy, to approve the agenda as <br />amended. <br /> <br />Motion can'ied.
