Motion by Councilmember Pearson, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to approve the agenda <br />as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Pearson, Elvig, Cook, Kurak, <br />Strommen, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Councilmember Kurak noted the Council Work Session of January 6, 2004, page 36 of the <br />Consent Agenda, paragraph two, second sentence should state "...the problem is that now the <br />City is saying..." <br /> <br />Councilmember Kurak inquired about the organization named Climb, Inc. referred to in item <br />#10. <br /> <br />Finance Officer Lund explained this organization has pull-tabs in different locations throughout <br />the City.
