Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends adoption of the H-1 Zoning District Ordinance, the rezoning of properties <br />north of Hwy. 10 from B-2 to H-I, and adoption of the Official Mapping Ordinance. Staff will <br />provide a copy of the findings of fact to support the rezoning at the ?fanning Commission <br />meeting. Staff and the City Attorney still need to work together to ensure the findings of fact <br />relay all the events that have lead up to this point of rezoning the properties. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />1. Motion to recommend that the City Council introduce the H-1 Ordinance. <br /> <br />2.
