ORDINANCE #04-05 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILITY PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSE¥, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTIO. N 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minoesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated drainage and utility easements are hereby vacated, to-wit: The westerly 10.00 feet of Lot 14, Block 4, HIGHLANDS AT RIVER PARK, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication sub- ject to the City Charter section 5.07.
