ORDINANCE #04-06 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA. COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE <br /> SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED <br /> PROPERTY <br /> The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br /> It is the purpose of this Ordinance [o <br />authorize the City to sell certain real <br />property which property the City Council <br />has determined is no longer necessary for <br />the City's purposes. This ordinance is <br />adopted pursuant to and under the <br />authority of Section 12.05 of the City <br />Charter. <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br />The City Council hereby declares the <br />following legally described real property <br />owned by the City, as surplus property <br />and hereby authorizes its sale. Said prop- <br />erty is legally described as follows: <br /> Lots ~ and 2, Block 2, Gateway <br /> North Ind~ustrial Park Plat 2, <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE <br /> The City Council shall by a properly <br />enacted resolution determine the consid- <br />eration and terms upon which the above <br />described property may be sold. <br /> SECTION 4. EFFEC-rlVE DATE <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective <br />upon its. passage and thirty (30) days <br />after its publication according to law~ <br />subject to City Char[er Provision, Section <br />5.04. <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota, the 23rd day <br />of March 2004. <br />Thomas G.
