Absent: Councilmember Reimann. <br /> <br />Case #12: Ad Hoc Utility Committee: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg to reinstate the Council Ad Hoc Utility <br />Committee for the purpose of preparing a standing operating procedure <br />for the City when it extends utilities into a developed residential area. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding the wording "for the purpose of preparing a <br />standing operating procedure". <br /> <br />Motion dies for lack of a second. <br /> <br />Council tabled this case. <br /> <br />Case #9aa: Mr. William Stack; Case of Mobile Home: <br /> <br />Mr. Clayton Berg stated that Mr. Stack's brother did not have approval to <br />move the mobile home into Ramsey in the first place and that the mobile <br />home is on Mr. Stack's property but it is in the right-of-way, lie also <br />stated that he has sent Mr. Stack a certified letter requesting he remove <br />the mobile home from Ramsey by March 4, 1983. <br /> <br />Council consensus is to stand on Mr. Berg's recommendation. <br /> <br />C/February 22, 1983 <br /> Page 20 of 21 <br /> <br /> <br />
