Janet Bernstrom ~ Is i]t townhouses or apartments that are being planned <br />on County Rd. #5? <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich - Existing Ramsey Commons subdivision is for 4 units per acre. <br /> <br />Janet Bernstrom - Is this development creating a need for sewer and water? <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle - That area is zone for small business and multiple dwellings. <br /> <br />Mr. Berg - Ramsey Commons is in the 1990 urban area, the project has been <br />approved now and the developer has agreed to provide an adequate on-site <br />system until at least 1990. <br /> <br />Roger Buchanan - It has been stated that you don't know what is planned <br />for some of these areas? How can you prepare feasibility reports when <br />you don't know what it is being planned for? <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka - Feasibility report is for trunk only, based on that area. <br /> <br />Douglas Fountain - 15255 Garnet - Mr. Cox mentioned government deception and <br />this is a good example.
