Cash Flow Report For March 1983; B. Quarterly Revenue <br /> And Expenditure Report For January 1983 Through March 1983): <br /> <br />a) Cash Flow Report for March 1983 - Council noted receiving and reviewing. <br /> <br />b) Quarterly Report On Revenue and Expenditures for First Quarter Ending <br /> March 31, 1983 - Council noted receiving and reviewing. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous: <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann noted that the Board of Review will be held May 17, 1983 <br />at 7:00 P.M. and Ramsey Municipal Center. <br /> <br />Case ~2: Request To Use Lower Level Of City Hall Facilities; Case Of Cross Of <br /> Ho~e Lutheran Church: <br /> <br />The request to Use lower level of City Hall for church services on Sunday <br />mornings is withdrawn at the request of the applicant. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that the original intent was to avoid permanent type <br />meetings in the lower level of City Hall so as not to interfereT,~i~h3~c~mmunity <br />type meetings. <br /> <br />Case #3: Adoption Of Proposed Utility Assessment Amendment To The Subdivision <br /> Code: <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that he would review changes and/or additions <br />to Ordinance #83~5 (proposed assessment policy) as a result of the workshops. <br /> <br />1. 210.016A Existing Subdivisions (Now reads:) <br /> <br />No lateral service shall be extended to any existing subdivision until <br />such time as service is needed, trunk service is available and has been <br />assessed to the subject property. At such time as trunk service is <br />available, laterals may be extended as follows: <br /> <br />1. By petition of the affected land owners; <br /> <br />2. By City Council action as provided for under the laws of Chapter <br /> 429; or <br /> <br />3.
