Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann <br />and Schlueter. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Van Wagner. <br /> <br />Case #1.g: Accepting Bid Offer For 1971 2½ Ton Dodge Dump .Truck With Steel <br /> Box, Plow And Wing: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to <br />adopt Resolution #83-74 authorizing the sale of the 1971 Dodge 2~ ton dump <br />truck with box, snow plow and wing to Mr. Phillip Stack, the highest bidder, <br />in the amount of $3,850.00. (Please refer to resolution file for #83-74). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Van Wagner. <br /> <br />Case #1.h: Refund Of Money; Case Of Mr. Roney Kranz: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve of a $35.30 refund for Mr. Roney Kranz and to inform Mr. Kranz that <br />he has been put on notice as-having been informed that he is not to operate <br />a business at his residence in the future. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Councilmember Van Wagner. <br /> <br />Case #1.i: Anoka Fire Department Cost Analysis: <br /> <br />Council noted receiving this report. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that an item for discussion at the next Quad City Meeting <br />would be training Ramsey residents in fire fighting skills. Now that the <br />City has acquired a water truck, trained citizens could be called upon to <br />extinguish such things as grass fires. <br /> <br />Case #1.j: License Renewal Of Solid Waste Facilities: <br /> <br />Council noted receiving and reviewing letter from Director of Environmental <br />Services dated April 13, 1983. <br /> <br />Case #1.A: Letter of Resignation; Case of Mr. Arthur Dunn: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />accept Mr. Dunn's letter of resignation and that a letter of appreciation <br />be forwarded to Mr. Dunn from the Ramsey City Council. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
