PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, January 26, <br />1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota regarding sewer and water improvements for Front Street N.W. from <br />Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W. to Tungsten Street N.W. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Steve DeLuca <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox <br />Councilmember A1Sorteberg <br /> <br />CAL~ TO. ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the public hearing to order at 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka stated that the proposed project includes extension <br />of sewer and water along Front Street from Sunfish Lake Blvd. to Tungsten <br />Street N.W. The estimated total cost for sewer trunk is $62,400 and <br />$69,550 for water main; this project can be financed through tax increment <br />financing. In addition to a service availability surcharge, properties <br />making use of the facilities would be billed on a quarterly basis for the <br />services.
