Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #9: Req~_est For Su__Dport By_The Anoka Technical Institute: <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann explained that the Director of the Anoka Technical Institute <br />is seeking Ramsey's support of their request to the State for capital <br />improvements. <br /> <br />City Council directed City Staff to forward a letter to the Director of the <br />Anoka Technical Institute indicating Ramsey's willingness to support their <br />resolution requesting State approval for capital improvements provided the <br />upgrading of access and exit includes a service road. <br /> <br />C~se #10: Request FQ~ Approval Of Certification Of Correction To .The <br /> Plat Of Now AndThen Estates: <br /> <br />Ms. Norris reported that a correction to the dedication language for Now <br />and Then Estates filed with the County is necessary. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to approve <br />the certification of correction to the plat of Now and Then Estates and <br />authorize that the City Administrator sign this certification. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #11: Modify Development District No. 1: <br /> <br />Ms. Norris presented a resolution to modify Development District No. 1 to <br />include property on the south side of U.S. Hwy. #10, east of Mississippi <br />West Park and property east of Sunfish Lake, northeast of the Hunter's Hill <br />subdivision and west of Ramsey Terrace Pond. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt <br />Resolution #88-28 modifying the boundaries of Development District No. 1. <br />(Please refer to resolution file for Re sol ution #88-28) . <br /> <br />Motion carried.
