Mr. Ibach stated that he doesn't believe that the road base that's there is <br />wide enough for the 4 foot shoulders plus the road surface. If it isn't, <br />you'll have to haul nDre material in which would raise the cost of the project. <br /> <br />Mr. Koshak stated that these, estimates are based on the feasibility report and <br />are not based on detailed plans and specifications which follow after the <br />project is approved. These costs should be fairly accurate. There is a 5% <br />contingency, however, for any unforeseen items. <br /> <br />Kim Olson, 7631 - 178th Lane N.W., owner of parcel 11, stated that she is in <br />favor of the project. She questionned who owns parcel 9 which is a park and <br />who will pay the assessment on that. <br /> <br />Mr. Koshak stated that the City of Ramsey owns parcel 9. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich reiterated the schedule of events to follow. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember $orteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca, and Pearson.
