PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, April 26, <br />1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota regarding modifications to Development Program for Development <br />District No. 1 and Tax Incr~nent Financing Plan for Tax Incr~ent Financing <br />District No. 1. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox <br />Councilmsmber A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmamber A1 Pearson <br />Councilmember Steve DeLuca <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />CALL _TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the public hearing to order at 9:14 p.m. <br /> <br />~RESENTATION <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that the proposed modification to the Development Program <br />for Development District No. 1 and the Tax Incr~nent Financing Plan for Tax <br />Increment Financing District No. 1 amends the tax increment expenditure <br />limits to allow for public improvements associated with the Cty. Road #116 <br />extension project and the Rum River Terrace apartment project. <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmsmber Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br /> <br />~tion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmsmbers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson.
