Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case ~3: C~oss O~Hope Lutheran Church Garden Of.HopeCemetery: <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich recalled that in May of 1986, City Council granted~ a <br />conditional use permit to Cross of Hope to operate a cemetery. That permit <br />requires that the terms of construction and perpetual maintenance must be <br />completed by May 31, 1988 or the permit is voided. Cross of Hope is now <br />requesting Council approval of the cemetery's proposed rules and <br />regulations. Mr. Goodrich noted that the rules provide for public burials. <br /> <br />Motion byCouncilm~_mber Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve the proposed rules and regulations for Cross of Hope Lutheran <br />Church's Garden of Hope Cemetery as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, COx, <br />DeLuca and Pearson.
